Winter Is An Especially Good Time For Reading


Here in Indiana, it's said that we can, usually, depend on both daytime and nighttime temperatures staying above freezing until at least the latter part of October.

After that, it won't be until sometime in April when we can, once more, be absolutely sure (under normal weather conditions) that temperatures will remain above freezing 24/7 until the following October.

To me, anytime of year is a great time to read.



However,there's something extra special about being all warm and cozy indoors reading while looking out my window from time to time at a day when "...the weather outside is frightful..."


While you're reading, you might like to also be enjoying some kind of warm and comforting drink such as hot cocoa with lots of marshmallows and/or some hot tea.
